Our focus is complete customer satisfaction. In the event, if you are displeased with the products delivered due to damaged product or wrong product, we will replace the product or refund back the money, provided the reasons are genuine and proved after investigation. Customer must should have a unpacking video in case of replacement/refund after delivery.
In case of dissatisfaction from our services, clients have the liberty to cancel their orders prior to order shipment and request a refund from us. Our Policy for the cancellation and refund will be as follows:

To cancel the order you have to submit the cancel request within two hours from the time of order, as we usually process the products within two hours from receiving the order . Once the order is processed cannot be cancelled, however can be requested for refund if the product is damaged.
Refund Policy
In case any client received damaged products we can provide a refund. We usually process the refund within 5-7 business days after cancellation of the order is approved.
However, in the case of any manufacturing defect/printing defect exchange can be initiated upto 7 days from the date of receipt of shipment. To exchange send back the parcel including bill to our registered office address shop no.81,old sachivalay,meena bazar,gandhinagar,gujarat-382010 via Indian post Registered Parcel ONLY within 7 days of receiving parcel. Please inform us the tracking id of the parcel you are sending back to us. We will resend you a new copy after getting back the damage product.
If paid by credit card, refunds will be issued to the original credit card provided at the time of purchase and in case of payment gateway name payments refund will be made to the same account.
